Mayor Iorio to Host Next Town Hall Meeting

Mayor Pam Iorio will host a town hall meeting on Tuesday, July 22, 2008. The meeting will be held at Graham Elementary School in the media center, located at 2915 North Massachusetts Avenue, from 6 to 8 p.m.

All town hall meetings are free and open to the public and are organized to make city government more accessible to Tampa ’s residents. City administrators and department representatives will be available to answer questions on a variety of topics.

Tampa Heights Cleanup Days

Want to show a bit of Civic pride? Please join us on Saturday August 9th when we will be having a neighborhood clean up day in conjunction with the City of Tampa Clean Sweep in Tampa Heights. We are looking for volunteers to help in the 4 quadrants to help pick up trash and other items.

After the clean up, we will be hosting a neighborhood picnic at the Waterworks Park behind Stetson Law School.

More information will be emailed and posted on our website www.TampaHeights.org as we get closer.

The Tampa Heights Neighborhood Plan - Stewardship Committee will be hosting two meetings to gather input on the future implementation of the plan. Your input and feedback is vital to the success of the endeavor. Attached is the letter, with meeting dates and times. Please mark your calendars and invite a neighbor to attend.
