Not necessarily exclusive to Tampa Heights, a surrounding hood would work as well (Seminole, Riverside etc). This is from a good friend and ensemble member with Jobsite Theater. Help an artist out, this is a reliable renter!

Looking for a 1-2 bedroom Mother-in-Law/Duplex/Apartment

Washer/Dryer hookups

Must allow 2 indoor dogs (Both housebroken. One is roughly 10 lbs, the other around 50)

Ideal move-in dates: June 15 - July 1st

Monthly rental ceiling: $700.
