Jay McGee is working overtime over here, he seems to be able to find way more news than me! Take a look at his latest two tips:

• You should consider going to this neighborhood meeting on making Tampa and Florida two-way streets again! If anyone goes I'd love a report/account/update! I really hope we can get these roads back to the two-way model and take some of this speeding traffic out of a residential neighborhood!
• Developers are proposing a Membership Club in the old Rialto Theater.
